• Domestic shipments are sent by Swiss Post which takes 2 - 5 working-days. As soon as the shipment is released we will send you a notification with a tracking number to the email provided in your order.
• Standard shipping B Post 0 CHF for all order over 100CHF.
• Express shipping A Post 10.00 CHF for all order over 100CHF.
• Standard shipping B Post 10 CHF for all order up to 99CHF.
• Express shipping A Post 15.00 CHF for all order up to 99CHF.

INTERNATIONAL

EU COUNTRIES:

• EU shipments are sent by Swiss Post which takes 3 - 7 working-days. As soon as the shipment is released we will send you a notification with a tracking number to the email provided in your order.
• Standard shipping 0 CHF for all orders over 300CHF.
• Standard shipping 20 CHF for all orders up to 99CHF.

NON EU COUNTRIES:

• NON EU shipments are sent by Swiss Post. Delivery time depends on the destination / 5-14  working days.
• Standard shipping 0 CHF for all orders over 300CHF.
• Standard shipping 60 CHF for all orders up to 99CHF.

Please bear in mind that you will be charged with customs and import tax/duty fees that are based on the full purchase price, including freight. These are charges or any custom/ shipping delays we can not prevent. 

In case that you will miss to pick-up the order or miss the timeframe given for pick-up, we will have to charge you any additional costs related to the process of returned/undelivered shipments.
