Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@schito.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Salvatore Schito, In Gassen 14, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to return

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase; however should you wish to return your order for an exchange or refund, please note we will only accept returns sent back within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and security seals attached, and are listed on the return form. Any worn or damaged goods will not be accepted.

We advise that you send your parcel by registered post and retain proof of posting. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost in transit. We reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange if you do not follow this policy. The return package should include the receipt of merchandise and the completed return form.

If you have received a defective item, please send it back to us within 7 days after the delivery date, through standard shipping (costs involved). In addition, please also send an e-mail and list the defective item(s) you want to return and your personal order number. You will receive a confirmation e-mail and a new item as soon as possible.

Please ensure that you read and follow all care instructions, as products damaged by inappropriate care cannot be refunded.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from schito.com.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately for assistance via Phone or email.

Sale items and promotions

Sale items and promotions can not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), lingerie or swimwear,  and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
